If you wish to return your rug, you can do within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns within Europe
Returns for orders within Europe are free.
Please send us an email at email@example.com mentioning which rug you would like to return.
We will email you the return instructions and the pre-paid return label. Just print the return label and stick it on the outside of the package, then bring it to the nearest delivery point or post office.
Please use the original box in which your rug has been shipped.
We will notify you once we received your returned order and will process your refund at the same time.
Returns outside Europe
We don’t support shipping costs to return the items for orders outside Europe.
As you'll be responsible of returning the product, please make sure to use a trackable shipping service so that we can guarantee the reception of the returned products. We also advice you to purchase a insurance for your shipment.

Once we have received your order, we will send you an email letting you know that your refund has been processed, from this point, you should be able to receive your refund within 3 business days. Please note that in some case, depending on the bank institution, it can take longer to see the refunded amount on your bank account.

Customers can not exercise their right of withdrawal on orders regarding custom-made products or not prefabricated products, manufactured according to a specific customer’s choice.
